Ducky One 3 conversion to QMK
My partner @chaotin@corteximplant.com was gifted a Ducky One 3 Matcha mechanical keyboard. I converted that thing to a Raspberry Pi Pico (RP2040) chip with QMK firmware.

The idea is to build a small mono speaker that is repairable, hackable and can do some more advanced things than just being a Bluetooth speaker.
